OFFICIAL | Carlos Marchena, Julián Calero and Juan Carlos Martínez Castrejón join coaching staff

The three coaches will help Fernando Hierro throughout the 2018 Russia World Cup

The technical staff of the Spanish National Team in Russia will count with three new, prestigious members for the Russia World Cup. 

On one hand, Carlos Marchena López, (Las Cabezas de San Juan, Sevilla, 1979) will serve as federative liaison within the National side, taking into account his experience with the Spanish squad, with which he won the 2008 EURO and the 2010 World Cup.  

Julián Calero Fernández (1970) will be Fernando Hierro's assistant coach, an ideal role provided his background as player and coach in many countries. 

Furthermore, Juan Carlos Martínez Castrejón (1966) will be a training coach, a position he has previously fulfilled within top level clubs.
