Two of the Spanish squad reference players, who were among Julen Lopetegui's latests call-up, could face a new challenge in Russia

Spain, who has already qualified for the final stage of the World Cup, once again, will learn its rivals in the December 1st draw. With six months to go for the tournament few will be capable of playing the World Cup and even less, of winning it. Among them are some players who could relive this experience.

Did you know that only four Spain players who have played four World Cups? They're  Zubizarreta, Fernando Hierro, Iker Casillas and Xavi Hernández

In Russia, two of the National side's reference players could reach this milestone (no Spanish player has reached 5 World Cups like Matthaus, Buffon or Mexican Carbajal). The 2010 World Cup champions and EURO winners Andrés Iniesta and Sergio Ramos could reach 4 if they were to make part of the call-up by Lopetegui next summer.
