This special document created for the 2018 Russia World Cup is compulsory when entering stadiums and holds plenty of benefits

The second phase of the ticket sales for the Russia World Cup is currently open and over a million applications have been made 24 hours into the sale.

Many fans of the Spanish side will start planning their trip to the tournament, which counts with a novelty: a Fan ID.

This initiative has taken place and worked well in the last Confederations Cup, held in Russia the year before the World Cup.

The Fan ID replaced the compulsory visa to enter and travel in Russia and you can apply for it on Internet on through sale points in venues.

It's a personal document, which can be solicited on Internet  and will be necessary to access matches, in addition to game tickets.

This document replaces the visa needed to enter Russia so it saves time and money. Once requested with personal data and photograph, it is sent by e-mail to the fans address, presenting additional features such as free transportation during match days.

Besides being available online, the Fan ID can be purchased in points of sale in venue cities in a tournament, which is sure to be a success.
